I have a Sure Drive and the adapter plate for sale. It came off of a Borg Warner 71 C series. It is a 6 spline and has the SAE 11.5 " plate. It was originally on an Isuzu. It is in Sitka, and will be for sale during the annual Fishermen's Swap Meet that will be held there within the first 2 weeks in May.
