Looking for a direct marketer of commercially caught king, red, and/or coho salmon for our new salmon food truck in Anchorage. Must be permitted to sell directly, i.e. catcher seller permit. I think the catcher seller permit is only $25 from the state. Prefer fish to be gutted and gilled. Must be bled upon catch and iced/slushed from time of catch until pick up.
