Wanted: Nordby Husky hand gurdy

A friend gave me an all-bronze hand gurdy called a Nordby Husky. It was made in Seattle, and it has a fixed handle like a Pacific King.

If anyone has another they would sell me, I'd like to complete the set.

The brakes are slipping on my worn out nylon Kolstrands and it's time for an upgrade.

Turns out my memory failed me. The oddball I have is the "Husted Gurdy Winch" No.9. All cast with a fixed handle and a clever brake, though. Spooled with an unknown length of cable with 2 fathom handmark wire. Wire looks good. You can see in one pic that the handle has a slight bend to it inward. I couldn't see any cracks. It may hit the cable, may not - but I'm going to leave it as-is instead of trying to bend it back and breaking it :!:

That's close enough. Being all metal, it will need the same isolation system as the other one. Call me or PM me and we'll work out the details.
