When you acquire a boat, i highly suggest doing everything on the list as soon as possible. When I bought my boat, the person who was running it said the oil pressure gauge was faulty and I made the mistake of believing them when in fact the engine was simply running out of oil. The first time I looked at the blower screen on my boat it had 1/4" of gunk covering the entire screen, except for a 1/2" around the edges of the screen. It must have been thousands and thousands of engine hours since it had been cleaned.
If there's anything else you can think of I'll add it to the list.
