Anyone have any experience using Owner Stinger Siwash hooks on the troll? Pacific Net and Twine sells them and I have been using them for halibut for a number of years with great results. I was thinking of trying them on the troll gear. I notice their finish does not hold up, but even when they look bad, they NEVER really need sharpening. thoughts?
Not only do they rust - they rust quickly. If you use them with hoochies they will stain them overnight.
