If you use XM (or Sirius) on a seasonal basis, try this to save a buck. At end of season, phone XM to request immediate cancellation of your subscription. Then DO NOT TURN YOUR RADIO ON TO SATELLITE MODE FOR A MONTH. Do not peek to see if it is gone. They will stop sending the deactivation signal to your radio after so many days due to their limited bandwidth budget. If your radio never receives this message to deactivate, it will work normally when you finally turn it back on. As long as you never phone back to alert your presence to the man, you can continue using your radio indefinitely without renewing your subscription. No doubt they will eventually plug this loophole, but for now...

Dude need to borrow 50 bucks? Satellite radio rates up there with Nobeltec and Gaffs as essential tools for the troller. It's worth every penny. Got to pay to play. Just imagine trolling without it........no thanks
