The plant in Pelican is currently unable to buy fish for themselves or provide outport services for SPC fisherman. Apparently they are missing some permits.
You can get good ice, but the store has no stock and #2 is about $5.50/gallon.
Pelican is now able to buy fish for SPC, but not for themselves.
Also, If you're an SPC member you get a 50% discount on ice.
