The State of Alaska Div. of Investment will be lowering their interest rate by at least 2%. If you have a high interest rate loan with them, call and see if there are benefits in refinancing the loan to the lower interest rates. In the past, there was not a cost involved in refinancing, I don't know if there is one now.
They asked us to get it out to the fleet they can't advertize the new rates
