We don't usually talk $$ but I think this is worth a mention. $9.25 across the board for my first Oregon delivery. OK we know it won't stay up there long but enjoy it while we can. And that sea lion that took $932 from me yesterday has a bounty on him

Nice! For some reason I though all of Oregon was under the PFMC guidance and as of now they are right in the middle of the "options" meeting in Vancouver. It seems they are currently discussing the lower half of the state not the northern part. Speaking of price does anyone know what the Co-Op is paying in Oregon?

SPC Co-Op in California settled at 6.76 for Kings. I would think it would be fairly close but not sure.

Crawfish, All 3 options allowed for an April 1st open south of Cape Falcon,so we didn't have to wait for the meeting. My Thursday delivery got $8.50 straight across

Lone Eagle,

I hope it will hold @ $8.50. I heard there was a lot of pressure from Pacific to push the price lower. It sounds like some guys had some nice trips. Keep catching!

Do they let you all fish in the north half of the coast? Are you getting any of the Springers going up the river?

North of Cape Falcon is a different 'district' with quotas and different openings. Basically that is the Columbia run and doesn't open till May 1st. Hens have small egg sacs and are of good size but we're not getting them on the beach, still deep water feeding, I'll talk to fish and game tech next time I deliver, see if I can get an answer

The springers are just starting to trickle into the rivers, almost two thousand have crossed the Willamette falls fish ladder... most in the last week. The run is about two weeks ahead of last year. Water temp is picking up and so will the numbers.
