No, we are going to elect a troller/Tlingit Governor next fall and he is going to lead a new team that will fight for Alaska fishermen.

Yes, appoints the treaty team members and can initiate state to state discussions like Knowles. Can also order team to make bad deals like I suspect Palin did in giving away 15% of Alaska share.
