SE TROLL FISHERY EXTENSION

Hi All:

The troll fishery will be extended in MOST areas through September 30th. However, some spots on the north-end will close September 20th, to protect Chilkat River coho.

It's important to pay close attention to the USCG announcement, or read the ADFG news release attached, to make sure you know what areas will be closed after Sept. 20th.

Dive fisheries ( cuke n ducks ) anouncements are out also. There is also a Chommely dog troll anouncement out

Any kings still left to catch?The tally should be done by now.As of a few days ago there was still a hand full of thousands left.Hope there is for the die hards.

I sure hope we got em all.

It does not seem like the Alaska troll fleet did very well this year.
