Pledge of Allegiance: Girl Scout Cadet Troop #4026: Co-leaders Melanie Coleman and Tina Strong Invocation: Pastor Sam Dalin, River of Glory Church.

Welcome: Memorial Committee.

Music: Samantha Kostenko. Alaska Flag Song, accompanied by Rebecca Ricker.

Speaker: Governor Sean Parnell.

Placing of the Wreath: F/V KAIA, Captain Randy Beason.

Accompaniment: City of Juneau Pipe Band. “Amazing Grace” & “Hector the Hero” and other assorted tunes.

Blessing of the Fleet: Reverend Dr. Douglas Dye, Chapel by the Lake
