Mystery Lure

Can anyone tell me what the name of this lure is? I have 2 in anchovy-like pattern and one all white. About 4" long. Got them from an old retired salmon troller in a box of goodies, and the local kings really seem to like 'em. Where can I get more???

I don't know if they are made anymore (I haven't used or owned any since the mid-90s), but if you really are interested in availability I would contact "Silver Horde" (www.silverhorde.com/) in Edmonds, WA and see if Golden Bait is still producing them.
