Is it possible that the troll opening was suppose to list: Port Althorp 2-4 and instead of (or along with) Cross sound?

I know I always call the Soapstone area "Cross Sound" by habit even though it is technically Port Althorp in the management plan.

The openings are confusing now. I'm just sayin'.

Here's the answer we received from ADFG to Jim's question above::

The openings for Port Althorp and Lisianski Inlet are supposed to be May 7-9 (not May 2-4). Here is the reason: (1) since the majority of the Pelican harvest and effort have always taken place in those areas and (2) in response to requests that fishing periods end early in the week to favor marketing of catch, openings were timed to end on Mondays. This allows fish to be flown into Juneau on Tuesday and on to other markets ahead of the weekend.
