Hi All:

The National Weather Service maintains a number of observing systems in Alaska. They want your feedback on the availability of weather observations in Alaska, so please help them out with that.

Thanks Dale for the heads up.

There certainly are gaps in observations.I see huge areas that are missed.West Chicakof ,South Baranof south has little or no observations.Cape Decesion is only partial effective .

I wrote in comments for a observations at Biorka island.Hopefully folks will drop NWS a comment on their areas of need. John
