For those who may be traveling, here is a link for an online application for direct payments. It's not ideal - you won't have your unique poundage number from CFEC and it will probably be difficult to impossible to appeal if later you find a problem with the agency calculation. Still, you'd be able to get into the program and we appreciate the state providing the option.
