Hi All:

How it will affect trollers will depend on where you've been fishing (inside v. outside the boundary, which is now changed), what you already have for safety gear, and whether or not you're planning to build a boat. The regulatory process and phase-in dates will also play a role. I'm attaching AMSEA's latest overview (many thanks to Jerry D and crew), which is the best briefing we have right now.

Hopefully I'll have a more clear cut answer for you soon.
