I've been using Herculiner for my forward deck mostly because of the sealing qualities. I notice now that the sun's ultraviolet light is destroying the product and I have developed leaks (wood boat). Does anyone have a opinion on a better but similar product?
I was told a name of another and could find it at Murrays but I must have CRS. Can anyone help me with the name of that product?
Any suggestions welcome.

I've been fighting a losing battle against mine too. I ended up putting up a tarp in the ceiling of my focsil to shed the drips away. 2 products that have failed me are ultra-flex (not tuff-flex) and Coat-It. Coat it does not flex so it just cracks and flakes off. I used ultraflex on my brand-new pilothouse roof on the recommendation of fisheries supply guy. Big mistake. Had water intrusion after six month despite perfect prep and several coats.

Yeah I was surprised by a myriad of leaks too; glad garbage bags all around the focsle to channel the water. :?
Tuff-flex I think is the word I was looking for. Don't know much about it but was told it was good. I tried googling it but must have spelled it wrong.
Thanks guys for your input on this.

I, and a few of My fisherman friends have used a product called DeckCoat It is a 3 part product. A primer, base coat and a top coat. I'm not sure where you will find it. Pro-Build in Newport, Oregon carried it. As long as you put it down with no moisture under it. It seals and works great, holds up good too. Once its on you just need to add another coat of top coat every year. It's even working pretty well on the work decks too. It is a little expensive $60.00 a gallon but it goes a long ways and you can get it with grit or without. Also with bare wood you can get away with just the base coat and top coat if I remember right. It will stop your leaks and give you a good looking surface.

You know the one that has the guy taking the bag out that falls apart all over the house??
Yeah, that's the new PAYT bags that we now use.
They could not possibly find anything cheaper.
