I'm looking for a hand troll permit preferably for a lease buy. I'll be in Ak by the 1st of May.
Hopefully $2500 down. guaranteed to pay the license off by the end of the season.
I've fished a number of fisheries in AK and hand trolled in PA, Port Protection, and Point Baker.

Still looking for an EMT HT permit for the year or a license I can pay $2500 for at the beginning of the season and pay off by the end. B.

Well that didn't happen. Leaving this week, expect to be in AK probably Craig area 1st week of June Seriously looking for EMT for this year or owner financed with guarantee of payoff by end of season. Have gear, will arrive ready to troll.
