I have 29.9 Acres in western Colorado, Grand mesa area about 45 min from Grand Junction, that i would consider trading for a turn key Salmon power troller with permit. in SE Alaska. property is listed for $173,000 and has year round access, power on two pads and well permit use for up to 3 houses and 1 acre of irrigation. well needs to be drilled.
