Wanting to purchase an EMT for the 2013 Hand Troll Season. Already have all gear just need the permit. Hopefully would be able to purchase out right at end of season. I am open to any suggested business deals. Just trying to get my start, but don't have the capitol on hand to purchase out right. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!! Located in Ketchikan.

If anyone knows anyone who has a Hand Troll ready for EMT please send them my way. Or if anyone would be willing to do a "owner financing" type thing, I'm open to any and all suggestions. The title for my boat (21ft Trophy) is clear and can be used as collateral. Any and all help from anyone is greatly appreciated. Again, I live in Ketchikan and am looking to get my foot in the door. Thanks Guys.

@FV_Wild_Card: I can cover about 20-30 percent of street value as a down payment. I fully willing to enter into a legal contract notarized and any other measures that protects the seller. I am very new to this world so I hope my 20-30 percent down payment offer is not so low as to be ridiculous. If it is, just let me know and I can work with anything.
