Hello,

I have been a resident hand troller for a several years and now purchased a power troller. Looking for a Alaska Power Troll Permit for the 2013 season. Either a EMT permit or finance the power troll permit. I would like to pay off permit as fast as possible!! I have NO BILLS so all funds(after expenses- mainly fuel and fishing gear, food, repairs if any) would go to paying off permit, wether emt or financed. I have some cash...

Have you looked into a state or CFAB loan for a permit? Interest rates are quite low now.
