I am in the market for a F/G or Steel Power Troller ranging from 40-50 feet, I have been scowering the brokerage sites for the past year and have traveled to look at a few to be disappointed most every time. I'm looking for something that is turn key or at least close to it.
Thanks, Ben

Not sure if you looked at the America (on the Oregon boat broker site) It is currently fishing, but not necessarily in the nicest of shape. The Pioneer (in Seattle) is no good shape, but very expensive. It's a lot of boat too. I too have been looking for a F/G boat in the same size range, and the ones that are at all decent all start at close to 300K and go up from there. Tough to afford on just salmon fishing.
Did you see the 45' Little Hoquiam on Craigslist? There will probably be a lot more boats for sale pretty soon. Canada is having a 30 million dollar permit buyback.

Do you have a budget for a nice glass troller?
