I recently bought my permit from the intent to transfer list. This is a list that is provided by AK Commercial Fish and Game you can get to this list by Google Intent to transfer, to try to find this list on the AK Comm. fish web site is takes a while. Anyway I had my luck get my hand troll permit from a holder outside of Ak the cost was 10K. I hope I have help in your quest to begin your Alaska Dream or just make it better.
