Negotiations are well under way for the 2019 Pacific Salmon Treaty agreement. As usual, there are many issues and the going is rough for Chinook negotiators. And this is just one issue of concern to the troll fleet.
In times like these, I can't stress enough the importance of supporting your gear group organization through membership and contributions to ATA's Legal and Treaty funds.
