lawyer friend of mine says this little opinion/law is waking up again.

those of you who don't read legalese might want to note that the last opinion was made by a federal court making it NOT a local opinion. so this could effect the whole country.

since the opinion was set forth in 2006 i went looking to see if it was over turned and cannot find anything.
