In the ATA Newsletter, listed with ATA's Board, is what we call the 'ATA Treaty Team' and for many years now, Richie Davis (Westward) has graced that category as the lone troller on the Pacific Salmon Commission's Transboundary Rivers Panel.

Rich has served Taku and Stikine River fishermen on both sides of the boarder with his quick wit, fair-minded negotiating style, and a thorough understanding of the Transboundary Rivers. We will greatly miss his diplomacy and leadership in this arena - it's a huge gap to fill. Hopefully Richie will stand by as an advisor, to help guide us as the new agreement is implemented.

Thank You Rich, for all the things you do to support the fleet (and the M&M's and jokes)!
