Fellow trollers,
I highly recommend you ATA members consider running for a seat on the ATA Board. This is a wonderful experience working with top of the line trollers who are dedicated to the future of trolling. While I am not encouraging the replacement of any of the incumbents as they are all doing a wonderful job, I am encouraging you to put your name in nomination and let the membership determine who they want on the board. A mixture of experienced and new perspectives is vital for our leadership.

Dale,
Does this post mean that Petersburg and the lower 48 combine to share one seat? That Petersburg is part of the lower 48 or that the lower 48 is part of Petersburg? I know Petersburg, having lived there a good part of my life, is unique but so unique as to be thrown in with the lower 48?
Is that a trick question? I would certainly never think to try and flag the nationality of Petersburg. ;)
Nope... there is one seat open for each of the areas listed.
IMPORTANT: Nomination forms got out a week late, so you'll notice in the newsletter (should be in your mailboxes by now) that nominations will be accepted through the first week in June. In actuality, we'll accept them until the ballots are printed. Just need time to verify membership and willingness to serve if elected.
Cheers!
Dale

Thanks for the clarification as Norwegian Independence Day, celebrated in style in Petersburg every year, is the 17th of May.
