There's much work that needs doing to get a acceptable bill.It was said in Sitka it is a work in progress so we will see.With the Alaska delagation in favor of the bill the train has left the station.

There were a fair number of fishing folks at the hearing.

We all know Sealaska will hammar some lands in their final settlement.But the million dollar question is which lands?As anyone whose been around SE knows the land values vary alot.Sealaska has choosen some most productive salmon,deer and karst lands on the already over logged south end.The real kick in the pants is they chose outside their ANCSA SELECTION POOL.It will be at the general publics expense and I beleive it will cost Native fisherman also.
