Im moving down to Washington and wondering how prevalent commercial trolling is there? I've seen permits for sale but not much more info online. What are the seasons/openers/areas etc? I'll be living in Bellingham.

The seasons are posted on the pfmc website but I find its not an easy site to navigate. You'll be looking for "north of Cape falcon"

I don't fish Wa but I believe bigger quota and more time on water is out of Westport,
